As an Experienced Java Full Stack Developer, you will join a cross-functional squad responsible for Java-driven integrations and digital customer applications.

You will work on both backend and frontend components, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of APIs, microservices, and user interfaces that support internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and frontend modules.
• Implement and document REST and SOAP APIs using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate on integration projects involving Kafka, third-party applications, and partner systems.
• Support API Management (Kong), Identity & Access Management (Keycloak/RedHat SSO), and cloud deployments.
• Contribute to the frontend development of web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Eisen:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer.

Strong hands-on experience with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and REST API design.

Knowledge of SOAP (JAX-WS/JAX-RS) and XML processing.

Solid front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js 2, and responsive HTML/CSS.

Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with Kafka, Kong Gateway, and Keycloak for integration and authentication.

Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

Belgian citizenship and residence in Belgium required.

Willing to work onsite 2 days per week (hybrid).
