As a Director Consulting Services, you will lead a client portfolio within the financial sector and manage a team of approximately 15 consultants. You’ll be responsible for client engagement, operational performance, and strategic business development.

This role blends leadership, delivery excellence, and hands-on involvement in key strategic assignments. You will ensure that client expectations are exceeded through high-quality consulting and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary consulting team.
• Act as the primary contact for client relationships and service delivery.
• Drive business development, identify new opportunities, and expand existing accounts.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, and performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with client and market needs.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and maintain direct involvement in key projects.
• Build and maintain strong professional networks within the financial industry.

Eisen:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT and consulting services.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Deep understanding of the financial institutions market and its challenges.
• Strong experience in business development and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with excellent communication skills in English.
