Functieomschrijving:

This is a hands-on role covering three main domains:

1. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC):

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2) and IT governance standards

Manage third-party governance and ITM3 control compliance

Support business continuity and resilience of critical assets

Conduct IT risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting)

Maintain audit readiness and process documentation

Ensure high data quality standards

2. Finance & Budget Management:

Monitor budget consumption (actuals vs forecasts)

Support Mid-Term Plan (MTP) consolidation

Contribute to budget planning, revisions, and year-end closing

Act as a key contact for financial reporting and budget topics

Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks

3. Resource Management Oversight:

Supervise HR-related reporting and ensure data accuracy

Lead resource reporting with clear and actionable insights

Monitor staffing KPIs

Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Chapter Leads

Eisen:

8–10 years of experience in analytical or project management roles

Strong experience in IT processes, regulatory frameworks, and budget cycles

Proven exposure to audit, internal control, or third-party management

Experience in governance, risk, and compliance environments

Trilingual: English, French, and Dutch 

Wensen:

Experience in large, international, or highly regulated organizations

Familiarity with energy or utilities sector

Experience improving governance and reporting tools

Strong stakeholder management across IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement

Knowledge of frameworks like NIS2 or similar regulatory standards
