The Senior IT Project Manager will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all digital and IT-related aspects of the ReNEW Project (new Belgium headquarters). The role involves coordinating digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and aligning IT delivery with construction timelines.

• Lead all digital/IT workstreams within the building project
• Act as SPOC for digital topics across stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between construction activities and IT infrastructure
• Define and oversee implementation of digital architecture and solutions
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors
• Support technical specifications in contractual and design documentation
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, sustainability, and data standards
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Participate in governance and stakeholder meetings

Eisen:

Experience

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management (enterprise-scale)
• Proven track record in infrastructure and digital transformation projects
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
• Exposure to construction, facility, or smart building projects is a plus

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Network infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity principles
  • Enterprise IT environments
• Experience with digital architecture and infrastructure deployment
• Familiarity with EcoStruxure, EBO, PME, BDP environments (preferred)

• English: Mandatory
• French: Preferred

• Based in or willing to work in Belgium (Brussels region)
• Regular on-site presence required (Uccle)
• Availability for occasional travel

Wensen:

Experience in smart buildings or digital infrastructure projects

Background in construction-related IT environments

Familiarity with sustainability-focused IT solutions
