Functieomschrijving:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will own the user flow and visual design process from ideation to delivery. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, UX copywriters, developers, and testers to create accessible, high-quality mockups and prototypes. You’ll also actively contribute to the organization’s design system and participate in the UX/UI Community of Practice, helping evolve design standards and share best practices.

Eisen:

• Strong Mobile First design experience (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Proficient in Figma, Zeplin, and working within design systems.
• Experience designing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to brief and document design work clearly.
• C1 level in French or Dutch (written and spoken).
• B1/B2 level in English (spoken and written).

Wensen:

• Basic front-end development understanding.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
• Previous experience in the financial or regulated sectors.
• Background in usability testing or research collaboration.
