The Business Analyst will play a key role in strengthening governance, audit readiness, and financial oversight across IT operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC):Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIS2) and IT governance standards
• Support third-party compliance and IT control frameworks (e.g. ITM3)
• Contribute to IT continuity and resilience initiatives
• Perform IT risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation follow-up, reporting)
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure proper documentation of processes
• Finance & Budget Management:Monitor budget performance (actuals vs forecast)
• Support Mid-Term Planning (MTP) processes
• Contribute to budget preparation, revisions, and year-end closing
• Act as a key point of contact for financial reporting topics
• Improve governance processes and reporting tools
• Resource Management & Reporting:Ensure accuracy and quality of HR data
• Monitor staffing KPIs and workforce metrics
• Deliver consistent and actionable reports
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and internal stakeholders 

Eisen:

5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT, Governance, or Finance environments

Strong experience in IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance

Solid understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)

Experience with risk management and audit processes

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Proven stakeholder management across multiple business domains

Languages: English, French, and Dutch (mandatory)

Wensen:

Experience with frameworks such as NIS2 or similar regulatory environments

Exposure to IT continuity and resilience planning

Experience working in large enterprise or multi-stakeholder environments

Familiarity with governance tooling or reporting systems
